摘要
目的 :探讨不同伤情颌面部撞击伤后机体自由基反应的改变及一氧化氮与损伤的关系。方法 :采用水平气动式撞击机分别以 (4.77± 0 .5 3) m/ s、(9.16± 0 .6 5 ) m/ s和 (13.95± 0 .6 7) m/ s对兔左侧面中部进行撞击 (n=6 ) ,建立不同伤情的动物模型 ,观察致伤后动物的生命体征的变化 ,并于伤后 6 h观察伤区软组织、伤侧视神经、视网膜、脑组织、脑干病理病变 ,测定血中脂质过氧化物 (L PO)、超氧化物岐化酶 (SOD)、一氧化氮 (NO)含量 ,与正常组对照。结果 :伤后血中 L PO、SOD含量明显升高 ,NO含量明显降低。结论 :颌面部撞击伤后 ,氧自由基及一氧化氮参与损伤反应 ,体内一氧化氮的生成受到抑制。
砄bjective:To study the role of free radicals and nitric oxide (NO)in maxillofacial impact injury.Methods:Eighteen rabbits were subjected to left middle face impact with the impact velocities (m/s) of 4.77±0.53,9.16±0.65 and 13.95±0.67 respectively.Life system after the impact injury was monitored.The pathological characteristics of related tissues were examined in details 6 hours after impact.The content of superoxide dismutase (SOD),lipid peroxidase (LPO) and NO in blood were measured at the same time and compared with those in the the controls.Results: LPO and SOD in blood significantly increased but NO reduced with the increase of impact velocity ( P <0.01).Conclusion:Free radicals and NO are involved in the progress of maxillofacial tissue impact injury.Production of NO in blood is inhibited after the injury.
