摘要
目的 :寻求一种可靠的下颌骨骨折诊断手段及符合生理的有效治疗方法。方法 :在不同时期 ,分别对2 0 3例患者选用 5种不同方法的治疗 ,并结合临床给予正确评价。结果 :2 0 3例下颌骨骨折中 ,优良率为 92 .6 % ;差率为 7.4%。结论 :通过五种治疗方法的临床探讨及疗效评价 ,微型钢板内固定治疗下颌骨骨折是一种较理想的方法 ,符合动静结合的生理要求。
砄bjective:To evaluate the effects of the methods in the treatment of mandibular fracture.Methods: 203 cases of mandibular fractures were treated with intermaxillary traction (in 37 cases),Kirshner pin,(in 8 cases),internal fixation (in 32 cases),Kirshner pin cross fixation (in 20 cases) and miniplate fixation (in 106 cases) respectively.The effects of treatment were analysed by clinical evaluation.Results:Excellent treatment effects were obtained in 30/37,7/8,22/32,17/20 and 92/106 of the cases with the five methods respectively.Conclusions:Among the five methods above,the miniplate rigid fixation for the treatment of mandibular fracture is the best.
