通心络的临床疗效及其作用机理探讨

Study of therapeutic effect of TongXinLuo(TXL) capsule and its therapeutical mechanism

目的 :观察通心络对冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效 ,并探讨其作用机理。方法 :72例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为通心络组 (3 7例 ,常规西药加通心络胶囊治疗 )与对照组 (3 5例 ,单用常规西药治疗 ) ,观察治疗前后临床症状、心电图等的变化。结果 :通心络对血粘度的恢复及缓解心绞痛的总有效率 (83 .8% )均优于对照组 ,心电图的改善与对照组接近 ,并可使血压下降 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,心律失常明显减少 (P <0 .0 1) ,血镁升高 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :通心络对血镁的影响可能是其作用机理之一 ,加用通心络治疗冠心病比单用西药更好。

Objective: It is to study the effect of TXL capsule in treating patients with unstable angina pectoris(UAP) and its therapeutical mechanism. Methods: Seventy-two coronary heart disease (CHD) patients with UAP were divided randomly into two groups. The TXL group(37 cases) was treated with TXL plus western medicine. The control group (35 cases) was treated with western medicine alone. The changes of clinical symptoms and ECG, etc. were observed before and after treatment. Results: After treatment with TXL, the symptom of angina and blood viscosity were improved in the TXL group more apparently than those in the control group. The improvement in ECG in TXL group was similar with those in the control group. Moreover, blood pressure and total sum of arrhythmia were reduced, and the level of Mg 2+in plasma was increasd as compared with the control group. Conclusion: The effect of TXL on Mg 2+ in plasm may be one of its mechanism. The effects of adding TXL capsule on conventional treatment of western medicine were better than those of using western medicine alone.
