自制双腔胃镜治疗非门脉高压性上消化道出血

Treatment of non-portal hypertensive hemorrhage of upper digestive tract with double cavity gastrofiberscope made by ourselves

目的 探讨自制双腔胃镜制作方法、特点及急诊治疗上消化道出血的疗效。方法 在电子胃镜外附加冲洗管制成能在冲洗、吸引同时进行治疗的双腔胃镜。将 34例非门脉高压性上消化道出血患者随机分为双腔胃镜组及单腔胃镜组。并将两组疗效进行比较。结果 两组疗效无显著差异 (p>0 .0 5 ) ,但双腔胃镜组的止血时间、出血量明显低于单腔胃镜组 (p<0 .0 1,p <0 .0 0 1)。结纶 双腔胃镜急诊治疗上消化道出血止血快 ,疗效好 ,方法可行。

Objective To evaluate the effect of emergently treatment hemorrhage of upper digestive tract with double cavity gastrofiberscope and to research the making method of this gastrofiberscope.Methods A additional flushing tube were tied with electrogastrofiberscope so that this double cavity gastrofiberscope can be watering, suction and treatment. Thirty four patients with non-portal hypertensive hemorrhage of upper digestive tract were divided into double cavity gastrofiberscopy group and single cavity gastrofibersopy group.Results The therapeutic effect of two groups had no statistical difference (p>0.05),but the hemostasis time and bleeding volume in the treatment group was less obviously than that of the control group (p<0.01). Conclusion The effect of curing hemorrhage of upper digestive tract is sure and practical,and hemostasis time is short using double cavity gastrofiberscopy.
