摘要
目的 :研究辛芩颗粒对过敏性介质组织胺的对抗作用。方法 :豚鼠口服辛芩颗粒剂一次后 1 .5 h,用 2 %组织胺溶液超声雾化法引喘 30 s,记录动物呼吸困难和窒息抽搐出现的潜伏时 ;大鼠口服辛芩颗粒剂 3d后 ,背部皮内注射 1 %组织胺溶液 0 .1ml/点 ,两点 /只 ,立即尾静脉注射 1 %伊文思蓝 0 .5 ml/1 0 0 g,1 5 min后放血处死动物 ,测定背部注射点染料渗出量。结果 :3.2 0 3g生药 /kg对组织胺性哮喘即有抑制作用 ,1 .6 0 2 g生药 /kg对组织胺性色素渗出已有抑制作用 ,并均与剂量有关。结论
Objective:To study the antagonism of Xinqin against the allergic transmiter histamine. Methods:1.5 h later after guinea pig oral taking single dose of Xinqin granule, allergic asthma was induced by 2% histamine solution, for 30 s and panting latency and smothering convulsion latency were recorded. The rats were twice a day administrated with Xinqin granule for 3 days, then intradermal injection with 1% histamine was carried out on back in 0.1 ml per points, 1% Evans'blue was injected into vein in 0.5 ml/100 g and 15 min later the exudation volume of the pigment was measured. Results: 3.203 g(crude drug)/kg of Xinqin granule had prolonged the panting latency and smothering convulsion latency, and 1.602 g(crude drug)/kg of Xinqin granule had inbibited the exudation of the pigment caused by histamine. Conclusion: Xinqin granule do have the antagoniism to histamine.
