摘要
建立高效液相色谱法测定当归散中芍药苷的含量。色谱条件为 ODS- C1 8柱 ,流动相为甲醇 -水 ( 30∶ 70 ) ,流速为 1 .0 ml·min- 1 ;测定波长为 2 30 nm,柱温为室温。按外标法定量 ,操作简便 ,结果准确 ,5次平均加样回收率为 99.8% ,RSD为 1 .5 0 %。
The content determination of paeoniflorin in Danggui San has been carried out by HPLC with ODS-C 18 as a solid phase, MeOH-water(30∶70) as a mobile phase and UV detection wavelength at 230 nm, the speed in 1.0 ml·min 1 . The temperature of the column was room temperature. Determination of the content of paeoniflorin used extracriterion two da way. The method was simple and the results were exact. The average adding recovery in 5 times was 99.8%, RSD was 1.50%.
