银屑病中医分型的血液流变学及超微结构相关性研究

Ultrastructure and Hemorrheology Investigation on Psoriasis Vulgaris Based on TCM Type

目的 探讨银屑病中医分型与血液流变学及超微结构改变的相关性。方法 将 3 5例寻常性银屑病按中医辨证分型 ,同步进行动态血液流变学 6项指标及超微结构检测。结果 血热型 6项指标无明显变化 ,真皮毛细血管管腔变大 ;血瘀型血液粘度、红细胞压积增高 ,红细胞电泳时间延长 ,毛细血管管腔狭窄 ;血燥型血沉增快 ,毛细血管减少。结论 银屑病真皮毛细血管及血液流变学改变具有一定的相关性 ,提示微循环障碍与银屑病发病有关。并为中医辨证分型提供了客观依据。

Objective To investigate the relationship between TCM type and ultrastructure aowellar hemorrheology in psoriasis.Methods 35 cases of psoriasis were divided into 3 groups based on TCM.Ultrastructure and hemorheological observation were performed on these patients simultaneously.Results Dilated capillary in superficial dermis,was noted in “Blood Heat” Type,no obvious change in hemorheology.“Blood Dry” Type showed decreased capillary,narrowed caliber,thickened wall and speed ESR.“Blood Stasis” Type showed narrowed caliber,and elevated hematocrit and prolonged RBC electrophoresis.Conclusion This study suggested that hemorrheological changese matched ultrastructure alternation and TCM types in psoriasis.It also gave objective evidence for TCM theory.
