摘要
目的 观察特异抗原肽激活的树突细胞免疫治疗 ,对人乳头瘤病毒感染致复发性生殖器尖锐湿疣的病理学作用。方法 对 79例复发 3次以上尖锐湿疣患者 ,按知情同意原则 ,予抗原肽冲击的树突细胞免疫治疗。治疗前后取疣体 ,分别行HE及免疫组化染色 ,镜下观察。结果 抗原肽冲击的树突细胞免疫治疗后 ,病灶处组织中大量免疫细胞浸润 ,空泡细胞减少 ,乳头瘤病毒阳性染色强度大大减低或转阴。结论 抗原肽冲击的树突细胞免疫对于改善人乳头瘤病毒反复感染的生殖器尖锐湿疣病变局部免疫状态 ,清除HPV感染有显著作用。
Objective To investigate whether Human Papillomavirus peptide-pulsed dendritic cells (DC) have the capacity to stimulate immunoresponse against condyloma acuminatum (CA) result from Human papillomavirus (HPV).Methods 79 cases of recurrent CA were treated by Human Papillomavirus peptide-pulsed dendritic cells.Before and after treatment,tissue were detected with HE and immunohistochemical method.Results After treatment by Human Papillomavirus peptide-pulsed dendritic ells a large amount of immunocells invased skin of condyloma acuminatum and the positive rates of HPV were significantly decreased or turned negative.Conclusion The immunotherapy by Human Papillomavirus peptide-pulsed dendritic cells can improve patients skin immunofunction effectively and can clear HPV in skin of condyloma acuminatum.
