大鼠发育不同时期各级卵泡凋亡的观察 被引量:1

OBSERVATION ABOUT FOLLICLE APOPTOSIS OF MANY STAGES IN DIFFERENT TIME OF RAT DEVELOPMENT

摘要 目的 :观察研究不同阶段大鼠卵巢卵泡的生长发育与卵泡凋亡的关系、凋亡过程及规律。方法 :用DNA缺口原位末端标记检测法 ,对生后 2 0~ 140d不同阶段大鼠卵巢卵泡的生长发育及卵泡凋亡进行了光镜观察。结果 :生后 2 0d鼠卵泡即可见到凋亡发生 ,卵泡凋亡始于卵母细胞 ,继则是与其相邻的卵泡细胞 ,卵泡细胞的凋亡从内向外依次发生。卵泡的凋亡数目随着卵巢的生长发育而逐渐增多 ,生后 4 0d可见到黄体凋亡发生 ,至 50~ 60d可见到卵泡膜内膜细胞凋亡及白体形成 ,出生 80d后卵巢发育已完全成熟 ,此时卵泡的凋亡数也达到了高峰。结论 :卵泡凋亡见于观察的各阶段 ,生后 80d达高峰。 Objective:To observe and investigate the relation of follicle's development with follicle apoptosis of rat ovaries in different stages including process and law.Methods:With TUNEL method,light microscope is used to observe the development and apoptosis of ovarian follicles of rat from the 20th to 140th days after birth by microscope.Results:Apoptosis appeared in rat's follicle at the 20th day after birth.It is beginning from oocyte and following follicular cells apoptosis takes place regularly from inside to outside. The numbers of follicular apoptosis increase gradually along with the growth of the ovaries. At the 40th day, apoptosis occurs in corpus luteum.Between the 50~60th days apoptosis of inner membrane cells of follicle appears and white bodies form.The ovaries development finished after the 8oth day after birth and the numbers of follicular apoptosis achieve a high peak.Concluson:Follicle apoptosis of rat ovaries was observed in different investigation stages and achieved a high peak after the 8oth day after birth.
