电针对家兔胃电的调节及与弓状核关系的研究

THE STUDY OF THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE REGULATION OF ELECTROAUCPUMCTURE ON ELECTROGASTROGASTROGRAPHY OF RABBITS AND ARC

目的 :观察电针家兔“足三里”穴对胃电的影响及下丘脑弓状核是否参与此调节。方法 :描记胃电 ,分别观察正常组 ,弓状核插管组及弓状核损毁组家兔在电针“足三里”穴后胃电频率 ,波幅变化。结果 :电针家兔“足三里”穴能明显抑制胃电活动 ;弓状核插管不影响电针对胃的抑制 ;损毁弓状核后 ,电针对胃的抑制效应减弱。结论 :电针“足三里”穴能抑制胃电活动 ,下丘脑弓状核参与电针对家兔胃电活动的调节。

objective:To observe the relationship between the regulation of electrogastrography of rabbits and Hypothalamic arcuatenucleus(ARC).Methods:in the present experiment the frequency and amplitude of wave of electrogastrography of rabbits were recorded. To observe that the change of electrogastrography of rabbits in normal group, embedding tube in the area of ARC group and spoiling ARC group after electroacupuncture at “ZuSanLi”points. Resuit:The resuls were as follow:Electracupuncture at “ZuSunLi”points in rabbits could cause inhibitory effect on electrogastrography.Inhibitory effect of electroacupuncture was not affected after embedding tube in the area of ARC.Inhibitory effect of electroacupuncture attenuated partly after the destroy to ARC.Conclusion:Electroacupuncture at 'ZuSanLi'points in rabbit could cause inhibitory effect on electrogastrogastrography.ARC can play a part in regulation of eletroacupuncture on electrogastrograsphy of rabbits.
