摘要
目的 :观察低剂量电离辐射对组织器官所致的形态学变化。方法 :用 2 5cGYr射线一次照射兔眼及胃等部位 ,光学显微镜及透射电镜 (TEM)观察眼晶状体、视网膜及胃粘膜的组织形态学变化。结果 :光学显微镜及TEM观察眼晶状体早期即有明显的形态学改变 ,而胃粘膜的组织形态学变化则出现于受照射十二个月以后。结论 :低剂量电离辐射能导致组织器官的形态学改变。但不同器官所表现出的形态学变化与受照射后的时间长短有密切关系。
Objective :To investigate the damage of tissue and organ induced by low dose r-ray radiation.Method:Eyes and stomach of rabbit were radiated by 25cGY r-rays.Samples were examined by microscopy and transmission electron microscopy.Results:Lens changed in early stage but stomach changed after twelve months.Conclusions:Low doses of r-ray irradiation can markably damage lens and stomach of rabbit.
