Effects of caffeine and triazolam on Coriolis acceleration tolerance

摘要 目的 探讨服用中枢兴奋药咖啡因及短效类催眠药三唑仑对人体科里奥利加速度耐力的影响。 方法  8名健康青年男性志愿者 ,采用两阶段交叉设计方法 ,受试者随机分为两组 ,在 5周内完成 4次测试 ,每周 1次 ,第 3周受试者休息。受试者前两周于每周二 8:0 0分别交叉服用咖啡因(2 0 0 mg)和安慰剂各 1次 ,每组服用咖啡因和安慰剂的先后顺序不同 ,在用药后 1h进行科里奥利加速度耐力的检测 ;后两周于每周一 2 4:0 0分别交叉服用三唑仑 (0 .2 5 mg)和安慰剂各 1次 ,每组受试者服用三唑仑和安慰剂的先后顺序不同 ,在用药 8h后进行科里奥利加速度耐力的检测。 结果 服用咖啡因 (2 0 0 mg) 1h后及服用三唑仑 (0 .2 5 m g) 8h后受试者的科里奥利加速度耐力值与安慰剂相比 ,差异无显著性意义。 结论 服用中枢兴奋药咖啡因 (2 0 0 mg) 1h后或服用短效类催眠药三唑仑(0 .2 5 m g) s Objective To investigate the effects of triazolam and caffeine on Coriolis acceleration tolerance. Methods Eight healthy young male volunteers served as subjects. They were randomly divided into two groups (experimental and control) and underwent 4 tests in 5 weeks (once a week). No test was done in the third week. For the 1st 2 weeks, a cross over protocol was used to administer 200 mg caffeine or placebo in two identical capsules at 8:00 each Tuesday, and their Coriolis acceleration tolerance levels were measured 1 h later. For the last 2 weeks, the same protocol was used to administer triazolam 0.25 mg or placebo at 24:00 each Monday, and their Coriolis acceleration tolerance levels were measured 8 h later. Results As compared with control group, the changes of Coriolis acceleration tolerance level 1 h after taking caffeine and 8 h after taking triazolam in experimental group were non-significant. Conclusions No significant adverse effect on human antimotion sickness ability was found 1 h after taking caffeine(200 mg) and 8 h after taking triazolam(0.25 mg).
