碳酸二甲酯合成反应的工艺条件及动力学研究 被引量:32

摘要 碳酸二甲酯作为甲基化剂和羰基化剂是一种十分有用的有机合成中间体。本文研究了碳酸丙烯酯与甲醇反应合成碳酸二甲酯的工艺条件。优选了反应温度、催化剂种类和用量,原料配比等条件的最佳范围。根据实验结果得到此反应的反应热△H^0为-6926.2 J/mol,反应平衡常数与温度的关系为:lnK_p=-7.075698+6926.2/RT并提出了反应机理,建立了动力学方程:r=16551.8exp(-41373.5/RT)C_AC_B-19254.75exp(-28285.5/RT) Dimethyl carbonate,as a methylating agent and carbonylating agent,is an useful organic syn- thesis intermediate.In this paper,the technological conditions of the synthesis of dimethyi carbonate from propylene carbonate-methanol by transesterification reaction has been studied and the optimun ranges of the technological conditions,such as the reaction temperature,the kind and amount of catalysts and feed ratio were explored.According to the experimental results,the heat of reaction △H^0 was obtained to be—6926.2 J/molp;the relationship of reaction equilibrium constant with tem- perature is: InK,=-7.075698+6926.2/RT In addition,a reaction mechanism was proposed and a kinetic equation has been set up: r=16551.8exp(-41373.5/RT)C_AC_B-19254.75exp(-28285.5/RT)C_CC_CD/C_A
