摘要
研究了三相鼓泡床中的临界固含率,以空气作气相,水、乙醇-水、丙酮-水、萜松醇-二甲苯作液相,石英砂、煤、雷奈镍作为固相。分析了鼓泡柱的高径比、气体速度、固体粒子的大小和比重、液体的粘度对临界固含率的影响,提出了含有这些参数的无因次数群的关联式,讨论了本文提出的关联式和文献报导的差别。
Critical solid hold-up in three-phase bubbling column are studied by using air as the gas phase, water,alcohol-water,glycerine-water and terpilenol-xylene as the liquid phase and quartz,coal and Raney Nickel powders as the solid phase.Effects of column aspect ratio,gas velocity,liquid viscosity,size of solid particles and its specific gravity are established.A correlation in terms of dimensionless groups containing these parameters is proposed as follows. H_S=0.715×10^(-4)Re_G^(1.001)N_B^(0.1908)N_^(-0.8975)(H/D)^(-0.3251) The differences in the results of this work to those published in the literature are discussed.
