口腔复发性阿弗它性溃疡(RAV)的心理分析与治疗

Analysis and treatment on recurrent ulcer of mouth.

目的 :通过对RAV患者发病前后的心理因素分析 ,显示RAV的发生、发展与患者精神因素的关系。方法 :从 5 40例RAV门诊病例中分离出具有明显心理因素的 10 0例RAV病人。 10 0例中发生于精神创伤之前 43例 ,发生于精神创伤之后 5 7例。结果 :痊愈 5 8例 (5 8% ) ,显效 14例 (14% ) ,有效 13例 (13% ) ,无效 15例 (15 % )。本文对RAV病人的心理因素分析及精神治疗与护理体会进行了讨论。结论 :口腔复发性阿弗它性溃疡 (RAV)的发生。

Objectives:By studying psychological factor on RAV patients before and after illness,we found the relations between RAV'S happening,development and psychological factors.Methods:100 cases that had psychological factors were selected from 540 clinic cases of RAV patients,43% of them had stress before illness and 57% of them had stress after illness in 100 cases.Results:(58%)cases for being effective.15 cases (15%) for being no effects.Conclusions:psycho\|intervention was effective to RAV patients.
