复脉定胶囊治疗心律失常临床观察

Clinical Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Fumaiding Capsule in Treating Atthythmias

目的 观察复脉定胶囊对心律失常的治疗作用。方法 50例患者随机分为治疗组30例使用复脉定胶囊治疗，对照组20例使用复脉定冲剂治疗，疗程均为3周；观察2组治疗前后中医证候积分、体征、心电图、动态心电图的变化。结果 治疗组对改善临床症状疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)，对体征(早搏)的改善有明显作用(P<0.05)，其临床总体疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)，无明显不良反应及毒副作用。结论 复脉定胶囊对心律失常有显著疗效。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of fumaiding capsule in treating atthythmins.Methods:50 patients were divided randomly into two groups:treating group(n=30) and control group (n=20).The treating group received Fumaiding capsule and the control group received Fumaiding recipe treatment for 3 weeks as therapeutic course.Their TCM symptoms score,signs,ECG,dynamic ECG changes before and after treatment were observed.Results:The improvement on clinical symptoms in the treating group was better than those in the control group(P<0.01),the improvement on signs(premature beat)showed obvious effect(P<0.05).The total clinical effects was better in the treating group than in the control proup(P<0.05),and there was no obvious adverse reaction or side－toxic effects revealed in the treating group.Conclusion:Fumaiding Capsule has significant therapeutic effect in treating arrhythmias.
