摘要
目的 正确评价参麦注射液治疗椎基底动脉缺血性眩晕的临床疗效。方法 治疗组68例采用参麦注射液治疗，对照组28例采用西其汀注射液治疗。结果 2组在症状改善、椎基底动脉血流速度变化方面有显著性差异，在血液流变学改善方面无差异。结论 参麦注射液治疗椎基底动脉缺血性眩晕有效。
Objective:To evaluate the clinic effect of Shenmai Injection in treating patients with Vertebrobasilar ischemic vertigo.Methods: 96 patients with Vertebrobasilar ischemic Vertigo were divided into two groups: the treating group (n=68) received Shenmai Injection, the control group (n=28) treated by Shistine Injection .Results:There is no significant difference in improving the blood rheology,while the differences in improving symptoms and the blood speed of Vertebrobasilar are significant.Conclusion:Shenmai Injection is effective in Treating patients with Vertebrobasilar ischemic Vertigo.
