The Study of Two Different Methods of Fibrinogen Assays

目的 对 Von clauss法和 PT衍算法 (PT- der法 )定量测定纤维蛋白原 (Fbg)进行实验评价。方法 低、中、高值质控血浆的批内精密度实验 ,对临床样本测定的统计学分析。结果 Von clauss法和PT- der法对样本的测定只有 Fbg含量在 2～ 3g/ L时 ,测定结果才无统计学差异 ,在 2 g/ L>Fbg>3g/ L时均有显著性差异 ,PT- der法测得的结果偏高。结论 建议在临床应用中不要以 PT- der法代替 Vonclauss法进行

Aim A preliminary study was made to evaluate two fibrinogen determination methods:Von clauss method and Prothrombin time derived method.Methods Three level of control plasma were determined repeatly to evaluate the precision of two methods.The result that obtained by two methods from daily work sample were statistically evaluated.Result There hadn't statistically significant difference by t test ( P <0 05) only when the concentration of fibrinogen is between 2 and 3g/L.For plasma with lower (<2g/L) or with high fibrinogen concentration (>3g/L ),the values had statistically significant difference. The PT derived method tend to overestimate the fibrinogen results compared to the Von clauss method.Conclusion In daily work,PT der method should not replace the Von clauss method in the fibrinogen assay.
