巩膜环扎术后白内障摘除人工晶状体植入术

Lenses implantation after scleral buckling surgery

目的 :探讨视网膜脱离行巩膜环扎术后白内障摘除联合人工晶状体植入术的效果和并发症。方法 :对 30例 (30只眼 )视网膜脱离行巩膜环扎术后的白内障进行白内障囊外摘除或超声乳化吸除联合人工晶状体植入术 ,观察术后最佳矫正视力及并发症。结果 :巩膜环扎术至白内障手术的平均时间间隔为 (4 1 7± 6 99)个月。白内障术后平均随防 (17 0 7± 2 5 3)个月 ,30只眼中 2 0只眼 (6 6 6 7% )的最佳矫正视力≥ 0 5 ,仅 1只眼于术后 3个月复发视网膜脱离。结论 :视网膜脱离行巩膜环扎术后 ,再施行白内障囊外摘除或超声乳化吸除联合人工晶状体植入术是安全的 ,大多数眼可获得较好的视力效果 ,很少引起视网膜脱离复发。

Objective:To study the effect and complications of cataract extraction with IOL after retinal detachment(RD)repair by the scleral buckling surgery.Methods:ECCE or phacoemulsification with IOL were done for 30 cases(30 eyes)undergone scleral buckling.The intraoperative and postoperative complication and best-corrected visual acuity were recorded.Results:The mean interval time from RD repairing surgery to ECCE or Phaco was 41.7±6.99 months.The mean follow-time was 17.07±2.53 months.Final best-corrected visual acuity of 0.5 or better was attained in 20 (66.67%)of 30 eyes.Only one eye developed RD after 3 months of ECCE.Conclusion:Phaco or ECCE with IOL can be performed safely after scleral buckling surgery and excellent best-corrected visual acuity results can be attained in most eyes.RD would occur seldom.
