摘要
本文据Burnett法原理,建立了一套测定气体PVT性质的实验装置。用该装置测定了SiH_4-N_2体系不同温度和不同浓度下的压缩因子数据。并使用MH状态方程对数据进行了关联。计算精度满足工业配气和精密度配气的要求。
Based on Burnett method, an experimental apparatus for measuting PVT properties of gas is established and it is applied to determine compressibility factors of SiH_4-N_2 system at various temperatures and concentrations. Experimental data.are correlated by Martin—Hou EOS,the calculation accuracy is adaptable for industrial and precision compounding processes of gases.
