外科病区危害因素对医务人员的影响及对策

The Effect and Method of Harmful Factors to the Medical Personnels in Surgery

目的 探讨外科病区的各种感染因素和不良环境因素对医护人员的影响。方法 采用问卷的方法对 15 0名医护人员进行调查 ,结果 91%人有因各种手术或穿刺而接触血液、98%人有因换药等操作而接触体液和分泌物、94%人在与病人交谈时有因飞沫致唾液接触等等。结论 针对不同情况采取积极有效的措施来预防各种危害因素对医护人员的影响。

Objective To study the effect of all kinds of infections and harmful factors to the medical personnel. Methods We investigated 150 medical personnel with the questionnairemethod. Results 91% people were contacted with blood by the operation or puncture, 98% was contacted with body fluid and secretion by changing dressing, and 94% was contacted with saliva by spray while talking with the patients. Conclusion We must have the active and effective measure to prevent all kinds of harmful Factors against the medical personnel.
