摘要
本文建立了一个测定筛板塔内气液两相接触状态转变点的激光透射系统,该系统带有数据采集系统和处理系统,光源为2.5mW的氦氖激光,对其测试原理进行了分析。利用该系统对135×100mm的矩形筛板塔中的空气-水两相接触状态进行了测试,结果表明:筛板上的接触状态存在泡沫/混合泡沫及混合泡沫/喷溅两个转变点,并给出了接触状态的判别式。
A laser transmission system with data collection and processing systems, in which the laser source is He/Ne,for measuring the gas-liquid contacting regimes on sieve tray,is established,and the operating principle is analysed. The regimes are measured for water-air system in a 135×100mm rectangular sieve column by the system,and the results show that there are two transition points of contacting regimes on the tray ,i. e. froth to mixed froth and mixed froth to spray ,and the criteria to identify the regimes are given.
