摘要
本文以H型帽罩单元以及HVGT塔板为基础,探讨和分析了各种塔板及帽罩结构参数对塔板特性如压降、提升量、一次提升传质效率等的影响,得出了一些可供实际设计参考的关联式,总结出了塔板结构参数和实际操作参数的适宜范围。
On the basis of H type tray and guide vertical grid tray with high loading capacity (HVGT) tray published,the effects of geometric structure and size parameters of cap elements and trays on the tray characteristics,such as tray pressure drop,liquid hold-up within single cap and its mass transfer efficiency are discussed and analysed. Some semi-empirical relations obtained are available for reference in practical design calculation,and tke suitable ranses of structural and operational parameters are summerized.
