摘要
本文基于过程系统能量结构的“三环节模型”和(火用)经济学方法的应用,提出了一个全局方案调优的策略方法。其核心是对从某基准方案出发制订的各项能量综合改进措施作定量的(火用)经济评价,并以评价结果为判据对各措施的取、舍、进、退进行权衡调整,从而使全局方案逐步趋优。 文中给出了总的思路、计算公式、工作步骤和应用实例。在某大型工业装置改进方案上的应用表明在节能和经济效益两方面均有显著效果。
Based on the three-link model illustrating structure of process energy systems and the application of exergy-economics,an optimization strategy for whole system is proposed,in which the key link is to evaluate exergy-economics quantitatively of comprehensive improving methods for each subsystems based on the basic plan ,and the result is tacken as the criteria to guide trade-off amoung the factors in order to make the whole system graduately toward the optimum. The general clues,evaluation equations, applying procedure and examples are presented, and the application of the plan improved to a certain commercial plant shows notable economical and energy-saving benefits.
