半导体激光对牙髓及粘膜作用的实验研究

摘要 目的 :本文通过半导体激光照射大鼠磨牙牙本质及唇内侧粘膜 ,观察不同时间的牙髓和粘膜的组织切片 ,研究半导体激光对牙髓及粘膜的作用。方法 :随机选择 2 4只雄性Wistar大鼠 ,磨去牙釉质暴露牙本质 ,10天后右侧上颌磨牙面用半导体激光 (130mw ,40J/cm2 )辐照 2分钟 ,左侧上颌磨牙面为对照 ,同时下唇内侧粘膜照射半导体激光 ,上唇内侧粘膜为对照 ,分别于即刻、3天、7天、14天处死大鼠 ,取上颌骨磨牙区组织及唇内侧粘膜 ,在光镜下观察大鼠牙髓及粘膜组织学改变。结果 :半导体激光照射大鼠牙本质后 ,不同时间的牙髓反应为均为 0— 1级 ,经统计学检验激光组牙髓的组织学变化与对照组之间无明显差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ;半导体激光照射大鼠下唇内侧粘膜后 ,各组粘膜下无充血、炎症和坏死。结论 :此激光参数是安全的 。 Objective:[WT5”BZ][ST5”BZ]To investigate the safety of the parameters (130mw,2min,40J/cm 2) of GaAlAs laser irradiated on dentin and mucosa.[WT5”HZ][ST5”HZ]Method:[WT5”BZ][ST5”BZ]Twenty four rats molar teeth were ground.Dentin of the left maxillary molars was irradiated by GaAlAs laser beam in vivo after ten days.The right maxillary molars were served as control.The inside mucosas of lower lip was irradiated and that of upper lip was served as control.[WT5”HZ][ST5”HZ]Result:[WT5”BZ][ST5”BZ]Laser irradiation at the dose of 130mw,2min,40J(cm 2) had no remarkable histologic or morphologic damage to pulp and mucosa.[WT5”HZ][ST5”HZ]Conclusion:[WT5”BZ][ST5”BZ]The study showed that the parameter used in this experiment is safe for preserving pulp vitality and mucosa.
