高频脉冲电磁场对坚强内固定后骨几何形态和骨量的影响 被引量:4

摘要 为探讨高频脉冲电磁场对坚强内固定后固定骨段几何形态和骨量的影响 ,用成年大耳白家兔 18只 ,6只作为空白对照组 ,另 12只行双侧胫骨中段钢板坚强内固定术后 ,一侧行高频脉冲电磁场治疗 ,另一侧作为对照。分别于治疗 6周和 12周时分 2批定期处死动物 ,取胫骨标本摄轴位 X线片并进行骨密度测定。结果显示行电磁场治疗者骨密度增高 ,钢板下皮质骨厚度增加 ,胫骨髓腔腔径明显变小 ,表明高频脉冲电磁场对坚强内固定后局部骨质疏松有明显防治作用。 To observe the influence of high-frequency pulsed electromagnetic fields ( PEMFs ) on bone geometrics and bone density after firm internal fixation, 18 healthy adult rabbits were selected , 6 of them were served as blank control group, the bilateral tibia of the others were made models by artificial fracture , and fixed by firm steel plates, then one side of tibiae was treated by PEMFs, the other side of tibiae was served as control group. After the rabbits were killed , the bilateral tibia of them were taken radiography in vertical position and the density of them were measured. The results showed that PEMFs could advance bone density and cortex thickness beneath steel plate and decrease the diameter of medullary cavity of tibia, suggesting high frequency pulsed electromagnetic fields have a significant effect on the treatment of regional osteoporosis caused by firm internal fixation.
