鼻腔恶性肿瘤的CT诊断(附16例报告)

Malignant Tumor of Nasal Cavity:CT Diagnosis(Report 16 Cases)

目的 :提高鼻腔恶性肿瘤的诊断水平。材料与方法 :回顾性分析经病理证实的 16例鼻腔恶性肿瘤的CT表现 ,结合双盲阅片 ,评估CT对鼻腔良、恶性肿瘤的鉴别诊断价值。结果 :16例中 ,13例密度不均 ,边界模糊 ,3例密度较均匀 ,境界清楚 ,双盲阅片结果表明 ,CT可对 94%的鼻腔肿瘤正确定性 ,但不能确认其组织学类型。结论 :CT对鼻腔恶性肿瘤可以正确定性 ,并确定肿瘤侵犯范围。

Purpose:To evaluate CT in diagnosis of nasal cavity malignant tumor.Materials and Methods:The CT Characteristics of 16 case of Nasal cavity′s Malignant tumor proved by pathology was retrospectively analyzed.Double blind was used to evaluate the value of CT in differentiating between malignant and benign nasal cavity tumors.Results:of 16 cases,13 were heterogeneous in density and ill-defined,3 were homogeneous in density and well-defined Double blind indicated that 94% nasal cavity tumors could be qualified by CT but could not determine the histologic type of tumors.Conculsion:CT can correctly differentiate most of malignant nasal cavity tumors from benign tumors and define the extent of lesions.
