庆余救心丸对冠心病左室功能及心肌耗氧量的影响

Effects of Qing-Yu-Jiu-Xin Pills on the Left Ventricle and Myocardial Oxygen Consumption in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

目的 :探讨舌下含服庆余救心丸对冠心病患者心肌耗氧量及左室功能的影响。方法 :4 1例冠心病患者在舌下含服庆余救心丸前、含服后 2 min、5min、15min用血液动力学监测系统监测左心室喷血压力 ( JP)、喷血分数 ( EF)、心输出量 ( CO)、左心室舒张末期容量 ( LDV)以及心肌耗氧量 ( MVO)。结果 :在舌下含服 5min和 15min时 ,均有 EF提高和 L DV的降低 ,而 JP在舌下含服 2 min时即有降低。MVO在含服后 5min时有明显降低。结论 :庆余救心丸能有效地降低冠心病心肌耗氧量 。

Objective:To explore the effects of Qing Yu Jiu Xin pills on the left ventricle function and myocardial oxygen consumption in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:41 cases were explored 12,5 and 15 minutes after Qing Yu Jiu Xin pills were taken orally by detecting the ejecting pressure and index of the left ventricle as well as the output,end volume of diastolic stage of the left ventricle and myocardial oxygen consumption. Results: EF and LDV levels of the cases were reduced 5 and 15 minutes after the taking orally the Qing Yu Jiu Xin pills while JP was decreased after 2 minutes taking the pills.MVO was reduced 5 minutes after the taking orally the pills.Conclusions:Qing Yu Jiu Xin pills were effective in reducing the myocardial oxygen consumption and improving the left ventricle functions in patients with coronary heart disease.
