血复康治疗原发性血小板减少性紫癜的临床观察

Therapeutic Effectiveness of the Treatment of Primary Thrombocytopenia with Xue-Fu-Kang

目的 :评价中药复方“血复康”治疗原发性血小板减少性紫癜 ( ITP)的疗效。方法 :选择诊断明确的 ITP病人 4 8例 ,按中医分型论治 ,比较各型的疗效差异。结果 :发现本方对血热动血型、气不摄血型、阴虚火旺型的总有效率分别为 91.67%、90 %和 93.75% ,未见不良反应。结论 :认为血复康对不同证型ITP均有较好的疗效 ,为临床辨病治疗提供了新的思路。

Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of Xue Fu Kang in the treatment of primary thrombocytopenia.Methods:48 cilinical diagnosed thrombocytopenia cases were divided into three groups based on TCM medicine and treated different so as to observe the therapeutic differences. Results: The total effective rates of the three different TCM types were 91.67%,90% and 93.75% respectively without severe side effects.Conclusions:Xue Fu Kang was effective in treating thrombocytopenia cases with different TCM types.
