木素多胺乳化剂的合成和性能

SYNTHESIS AND PERFORMANCE OF LIGNINPOLYAMINE EMULSIFIER

本文用碱木素和乙二胺合成了木素多胺并测试了产物的乳化性能。研究了原料配比、反应温度、反应时间对产物性能的影响。结果表明,在最佳反应条件下制备的木素多胺,有良好的酸溶性,适于制备慢裂型阳离子乳化沥青。最佳使用酸度为 pH4,沥青乳液的性能符合 JTJ014-86标准.

In this paper,a ligninpolyamine is synthesized by soda lignin and ethylenediamine,and the emulsifying performance of the product is examined.The influences of material ratio,reaction temp- erature,reaction time on product performances are researched.It is found that the Ligninpolyamine pre- pared in the best reaction condition has good solubility in acidic solution.The Ligninpolyamine is suita- ble for preparing slowsetting cationic asphalt emulsion.The best acidity is pH4.The performance of the asphalt emulsion is up to the JTJ 014-86 standard.
