<正>本文探讨了管式加热炉的节能途径。提出了空气预热器和减少过剩空气等热量回收的优化计算方法。可作工程实践应用参考。在热量得不到充分回收的条件下,由于受到进口物料温度的限制,管式加热炉的排烟温度常在400~S000C,且热效率也很低,从而损失了大量热量。
The energy-saving method for pipe heaters has been described in this article.The authors develope a method to calculate air preheater and reduce the excess air rate.this method could be used in engineering practice.
