摘要
本文选用结晶三氯化铝作为酯化反应的催化剂合成甲酸丙酯和甲酸异丙酯,研究了该催化剂存在下影响两种酯合成的基本条件,从而确定了催化剂用量为2~3g,醇酸摩尔比为1.2,在最佳条件下两种酯产率均能达到85%以上,并克服了硫酸作催化剂所产生的弊端。
Crystalline aluminium trichloride is used as catalyst for esterification to synthesize propyl formate and isopropyl formate.Effects of amount of the catalyst used and the mole ratio of alchohol to acid on the synthesis of both the esters were investigated.The optimum conditions determined are those:the mole ratio of alchohol to acid is 1.2,the amount of catalyst used is 2-3g.On these optimum conditions,the yield of both the esters was over 85%.
