摘要
虽然我国尚未正式加入WTO ,但改革开放 2 0年来 ,我国已经开始了与世界经济对接的进程 ;经济全球化使任何一国的劳资关系都带有国际化的性质 ;国企脱困最大的代价是职工下岗、失业 ;工会最难的处境就在于被夹在国企脱困与职工大量下岗、失业的两难之间。工会面临大量外企及私营、民营企业职工权益受到侵害却又无法维护的尴尬处境。
