摘要
劳动力素质是一个国家经济增长与发展的重要源泉和推动力 ,也是竞争能力的重要构成部分。中国劳动力素质整体水平偏低 ,加入WTO对我国劳动力素质提出了严峻挑战。
The quality of labor force is an important source and driving force of economic growth and development in any country It is also a key part of competitive power Because the overall level of the quality of Chinese labor force is lower, China's WTO entry will severely challenge the quality of Chinese labor force
