摘要
应用模式识别调优法,对 F-53调聚剂合成反应的物料配比、工艺参教进行调优。由多维空间图形处理技术得出的判别方程,可以确定各参数优化方向和最佳组合。调优后该调聚剂得率由43%提高到57.6%,且能提高生产率。该方法对降低原料单耗、降低产品成本具有很大潜力。
The technological condition of the reaction process and the consist of raw materials of F-53 telomer(IC_2F_4OC_2F_4SO_4F)were optimized by computerized pattern recognition method,The discriminant introdueted from the transformation of mayny-dimensional pattern space can determine optimizational direction and best combinatiom of all factors.Using the optimization method the yield rate increases from 43% to 57.6%,The method has great potentialities for decrement of expense of raw materials and production cost.
