摘要
改变工艺条件,添加适当助剂后,以溴、硫、乙醇为原料生产溴乙烷的方法得到显著改善。改进后的新工艺不再使用硫酸,更宜于工业化生产,其产品主成分含量可达98%,收率也有明显提高。
The manufacture process of bromoethane from bromine, sulfur and ethyl alcohol as starting material is improved significantly by modifying synthetic conditions and adding a suitable additive agent.The improved process ia which the sulfuric acid is eliminated is more suitable for commercial manufacture. The main component of product is rising over 98% and the yield is much higher than previous one.
