摘要
我国板栗也像其他农产品一样曾出现相对过剩。解决过量板栗的出路在于开发各种各样的深加工新产品 ,而首先要解决的是板栗的脱壳去红衣问题。目前脱壳设备国内外有多种 ,然而能大量适用于中国市场到目前为止还没有。本文将对各种脱壳设备的结构、技术经济进行比较 。
Cutting chestnut's shell off is an important process in chestnut producing.There are several me thods of cutting chestnut's shell off.But these methods are not very suitable to Chinese market for some reasons.The paper compared structure and economic of those methods,and gave out a new method of cutting chestnut's shell off .It has good economic and simple operation.
