乳液接枝共混法制备耐热ABC树脂的研究

摘要 本文介绍了ABS接枝液与α-MS-AN(α-甲基苯乙烯-丙烯腈)共聚物进行乳液共混改性的研究,找出了能制备综合性能较佳的耐热ABS树脂的配方。用DSC法、PGC法和透射电镜分别研究上述两组分的相容性和所制得树脂的组成及相态结构。实验结果表明,α-MS-AN共聚物可改进ABS的耐热性和刚性,有利于该树脂进一步降低价格,扩大应用。此外,就ABS接枝物中橡胶粒径、含胶量等对制得树脂性能的影响进行了探讨。 The emulsion blending modification of ABS graft latices with α-MS-AN (α-methylstyrene-acrylonitrile) Copolymers were studied. A formalation for heat resistant ABS resin with good comprehensive properties was established. The compatability of two compounds and microstructaral morphology of the products were demonstrated by the DSC, PGC and TEM. Experimental results show that blending with α-MS-AN copolymer can improve the heat resistance and rigidity of the ABS resin bring down its production cost and expand its application fields,Additionally, the influences of latex particle size and rubbe contents in the ABS graft latex on tae properties of the products had alsor been investigated.
