摘要
《电费收缴核算管理系统》是一个计算机应用软件。它成功的开发，解决了一些单位相关部门在电费收缴问题上的人工登账、人工核算、人工汇总等繁琐的手工操作问题。从而实现了电费收缴工作的现代化。介绍开发的《电费收缴核算管理系统》中具有交流意义的几个问题。其中介绍了选择ＭＩＳ的开发方法；如何进行数据库设计；在软件开发中有关数据处理的几种方法，最后给出评价。
《Management system of Capture and business accounting of electric charge》is a computer ap- plication software. Its successful development solves fussy problems of manual operation of electric charge in the correlative departments of some units, such as manual entry account, manual business accounting, manual gathering etc. ,so it realizes the modernization of capture of electric charge. The system introduces development methods of choosing MIS, designing database,and methods of processing relative data during software development, finally it gives systematic evaluation.
