摘要
用合成茜素(C.I.58000,媒染红11)对羊毛、丝绸、棉布、涤纶、尼龙6和66、维尼纶、腈纶、醋酯纤维等织物进行直接染色及媒染染色,以及对涤纶、维尼纶、腈纶、醋酯纤维织物进行热转移印花试验。茜素的结构特征及IOB值计算和染色试验结果证明.茜素是典型的分散染料.直接染合成纤维效果较好;而染羊毛、丝绸和棉布则是典型的媒染染料;其染样皂洗变色问题通过预皂洗方法基本解决。
The wool, silk, cotton, nylon, polyethylene terephthalate, polyacrylonitrile, polyvinyl alcohol and acetate fibers were dyed with the nature-identical color -alizarin using direct and mordant dyeing methods, as well as the man-made fibers using transfer printing. The structure, IOB(Inorganic and Organic Balance)and the dyeing result of alizarin verified that alizarin was a typical disperse dye, direct dyeing process was suitable for man-made fibers, while the mordant dyeing was for wool, silk and cotton fibers. The presoaping method can solve the shade change in soaping of the dyed product.
