摘要 以纯涤超细织物和涤锦复合超细织物为研究对象,与纯涤常规织物作对照,使用切片摄影和扫描电镜分析不同减量率对涤锦复合超细织物纤维形态结构及开纤的影响。由于开纤和纤维变细的影响大于表面刻蚀的影响,碱减量处理超细织物后的染色表观色深K/S值比未处理时小,相应彩度也较低,这种差异随减量率的提高而增大。 Alkali treatment of superfine fabrics of a kind of fabrics, two kinds of PET/PA6 compound super-fine and a kind ordinary PET fabric was made. According to photographs of section and SEM of different alkalized rate PET/PA6 compound fabrics split of PET and PA6 and other morphologic change were detected, K/S values and C * values of alkalized super-fine fabrics were lower than that of unalkalized super-fine fabrics. The higher the alkalized rate, the smaller K/S values and C * value were.
