摘要 在实验室研究基础上,利用固体发酵技术制备的脱墨专用纤维素酶制剂对废新闻纸酶法脱提提要:墨进行了工业生产试验,并用100%酶法脱墨浆抄造出合格的新闻纸。和化学脱墨相比,酶法提提要:脱墨可以进一步提高纸浆的白度和油墨脱除率,并大幅度降低废水的污染负荷。 On the basis of laboratory research, the industrial experiment enzymatic deinking of old newsprint with cellulase from Aspergillus L22 was carried out and qualified newsprint was produced with 100% enzymatic deinked pulp. Compared with the traditional chemical deinking, the enzymatic deinking can obtain the deinked pulp with higher brightness and lower residual ink. Moreover, the deinking effluent from the enzymatic deinking process has lower COD or BOD content than that from the chemical deinking process.
