棉纤维纺纱棉结杂质的测试分析

Test and Analysis on Neps and Impurities in Spinning with Cotton Fibres

通过采用目光检测方法和USTERAFIS单纤维测试系统对棉纤维纺纱过程中各工序棉结杂质地测试 ,指出 :由于两种测试方法不同 ,所得出的测试结果也不同。目光检测法检测的棉结是随着工序的增多而呈增多趋势 ,而USTERAFIS单纤维测试系统测试的棉结是随工序的增加而呈减少的趋势 ,并对棉纤维在纺纱过程中各工序目光检测法检测的棉结杂质变化趋势作了定量分析。

According to the test on the neps and impurities of the processes in spinning cotton fibre with visual test method and Uster Afis single fibre test system,the tests showed the different results because of the different test method.The neps tested by the visual test method showed the increased trend with the increasing of processes,on the contrary,the neps tested by the Uster Afis single fibre test system showed the decreased trend with the increasing of processes.The changing trend of the neps of the processes in spinning cotton fibre tested by the visual test method was quantitatively analysed.
