Simultaneouly Determinating As and Hg in Feedstuffs with Hydride Generation-Atomic Fluorescence(HG-AFS)

研究了HG -AFS法同时测定饲料中砷和汞的方法。试验了酸度、硼氢化钾浓度、共存离子的影响 ;优化了仪器条件。方法简单、快速 ,灵敏度高 ,可用于饲料中微量砷。

The method for simultaneouly diterminating the As and Hg contents in feedstuff with HG-AFS was studied. The effects of acidity, KBH 4 concentration and concomitant ion were tested, and the instrument parameters were optimized. This method features simple and rapid operation as well as high sensitivity. Therefore it can be used in the micro analysis of As and Hg in feedstuff.
