摘要
:从原料水稻的各项指标分析原料条件对精米质量及整米率的影响。由分析知原料条件对精米的食用品质、外观品质、工艺品质及整米率均有很大的影响 ,从而对精米加工的品质有新的认识 ,克服狭义的精米质量决定于加工质量的观念。只有将提高原料质量放在第一位 ,才能保证精米质量 ,提高整米率 。
The effects of paddy quality on the quality of white rice and the rate of whole rice were analyzed from various indexes of the crude paddy. The results showed that the paddy quality had great effects on the edible quality, exterior and technological quality of white rice as well as the rate of whole rice. Therefore only by improving the quality of paddy, the quality of white rice, the rate of whole rice as well as the economic benefits can be increased.
