摘要 研究采用悬浮液进样 -火焰原子吸收法快速测定饲料中的钙和铅含量。以邻苯二甲酸丁酯 -琼脂溶液为悬浮液 ,La3+为释放剂。方法相对标准偏差为 1.6 %~ 2 .8% ;检出限分别为Ca 0 .0 2 1μg/g和Pb 0 .0 0 13μg/g;回收率为 92 %~ 10 4.5 % ; The method for fast determination of Calcium and Lead in feed by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry was described. Agar sol containing phthalate were used as suspension, and La 3+ was choiced as released. The relative standard deviation is 1.6%~2.8%. The determination limits of clacium and lead are 0.21 μg/g and 0.013 μg/g respecticely. The recovery is 92%~104.5%. Determination results were consistent with those results from State Standard Method. The t-Test showed that there is no diffrence between the two methods.
