三重管高压旋喷技术在上海浦东国际机场工程中的应用与实践

摘要 通过上海浦东国际机场一期工程江镇河泵闸基坑围护与地基加固工程的施工,全面介绍了三重管高压旋喷的加固机理、选用设备、喷射机具、施工工艺、过程控制以及施工问题与技术对策。 The tripipe high pressure chemical churning process is the fluid flow with a huge energy offered by the high pressure generator directly wash out and incise soil bodies through the tripipe transversely jets high pressure water and gas simultaneously.Then,small soil grains are replaced by jet flow and cement slurry is jetted into stirried soil.The mixing and concreting between soil and cement can form a concrete of high strength and low permeability.The construction of enclosed wall of basal pit and reinforced foundation in Pudong International Airport in shanghai show that the process improves the reinforced quaility,including good pile cementation,high compressive strength of pile,low filtration coefficent around basal pit and non water bursting in the bottom of pump gate.
