本文阐述了矿业权及矿业权市场的基本概念，以及建立我国矿业权市场的重大意义，分析了我国及江西省矿业权市场建设与管理的现状和存在的问题，提出了江西省矿业权市场建设与管理的10条建议。
：This paper deals with the basic concepts of mining right and mining right market, and the important significance of the construction of China＇s mining right market．It also analyses the current situation and the existing problems in the construction and management of mining right market in China and Jiangxi Province．In conclusion,the authors put forward a ten－point proposal concerned with the mining right market construction and management．
