陕西非公有制经济发展环境问题研究

Study on the Environment for the Development of the Non-state Economy in Shaanxi

通过对外部环境的内涵、作用的理论分析 ,并对陕西非公有制经济发展环境状况进行了实际调查 ,认为落后的外部环境是制约陕西非公有制经济乃至整个经济发展的重要因素。因而 ,要将非公有制经济作为陕西经济新的增长点并实现其大发展 ,目前应着重做好优化观念、服务、政策。

Through the analysis and survey of the external environment for the development of the non state economy in Shaanxi the authors indicate that the backward external environment is an important factor that constricts the development of the non state economy and even the entire economy in Shaanxi. Therefore attention should be paid to the optimization of ideas, services, policies, legal systems infrastructure and environment so as to make the non state economy a new force of the economic growth in Shaanxi.
