The 21st century is a century of knowledge economy.Education and training is an effective way to transmit knowledge and information,especially knowledge of high technology and modern management,and to train qualified personnel with innovative ability.Education will remain the base and backbone of knowledge economy.This requires that there must be conceptual transformation and a unified system of practical teaching model and its service for so,we can propel the development of the cause of education.
